Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Forecast Alpha collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access the website, workspace console, integrations, notifications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as account details, workspace names, notification preferences, and connected channel destinations. We also collect data source information you choose to connect, including credentials, connection metadata, schema snapshots, KPI definitions, dashboard layouts, alert preferences, and activity logs.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide the Service, connect and refresh sources, scan schema structure, generate KPI suggestions and dashboards, deliver notifications you configure, operate the platform, secure the system, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.

3. AI and automated processing

Forecast Alpha uses automated processing and AI providers to analyze schema snapshots, rank KPIs, summarize dashboards, and surface signals or anomalies. We may send limited data needed for these features to third-party processors that support the Service.

4. Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the platform, send emails, process notifications, support AI functions, or maintain the infrastructure. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, security, and service integrity.

5. Connected services

If you connect third-party tools such as PostgreSQL, HubSpot, CSV imports, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, or Teams, those services may separately collect and process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services remains subject to those providers.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and maintain platform integrity. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we handle, but no system is perfectly secure.

7. Your choices

You can update notification preferences, disconnect sources, and manage channels through the application where available. If you want to request access, correction, or deletion of your data, you can contact us using the email below.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here and adjust the effective date.
