These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Forecast Alpha, including the website, platform, workspace console, dashboards, AI-generated insights, integrations, notifications, APIs, source connections, schema analysis systems, reporting tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing the Service, connecting a data source, uploading files, enabling integrations, or otherwise using Forecast Alpha, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- “Forecast Alpha” refers to the Service, platform, company, operators, affiliates, contractors, and related infrastructure providers.
- “Service” means the Forecast Alpha platform and all associated functionality.
- “Workspace” means an organizational environment created within the Service.
- “Customer Data” means any data, files, records, credentials, metadata, schemas, analytics, or information connected, uploaded, or transmitted through the Service.
- “Outputs” means dashboards, recommendations, KPI suggestions, alerts, summaries, forecasts, anomaly detections, visualizations, or AI-generated content produced by the Service.
- “Integrations” means third-party services connected to the Service.
- “User” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
- “Beta Features” means experimental, preview, early-access, or unfinished functionality.
2. Eligibility and Authority
- You may use the Service only if you are legally capable of entering binding agreements.
- You may use the Service only if you are authorized to act on behalf of yourself or the organization using the Service.
- Your use must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You may not use the Service if your access would violate export controls, sanctions laws, or applicable restrictions.
3. The Service
Forecast Alpha is an operational intelligence and AI-assisted analytics platform designed to help organizations connect business data sources, inspect schema structures, generate dashboards, suggest KPIs, surface anomalies, automate operational monitoring, and deliver notifications or summaries.

Certain functionality may depend on third-party systems, APIs, cloud providers, infrastructure services, or AI providers outside Forecast Alpha’s control.
4. Accounts and Workspace Security
- Maintaining account security
- Protecting passwords and credentials
- Managing workspace access permissions
- Monitoring activity within your workspace
- Ensuring connected systems are authorized for use
You agree to immediately notify Forecast Alpha of unauthorized access, credential compromise, suspicious activity, or security incidents affecting your workspace.
Forecast Alpha is not responsible for losses caused by compromised credentials, poor access management, or insecure third-party systems. We may suspend or restrict accounts that present security risks or violate these Terms.
5. Customer Data
You retain ownership of Customer Data connected to the Service.
You grant Forecast Alpha a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access, process, analyze, cache, store, display, transfer, and index Customer Data solely for purposes of operating the Service, delivering Outputs, generating dashboards, sending notifications, improving system reliability, preventing abuse, and maintaining operational integrity.
Forecast Alpha does not claim ownership over Customer Data.
You represent that you have the legal right and authorization to connect and process all Customer Data used with the Service.
6. Data Processing and Infrastructure
The Service may use cloud infrastructure, subprocessors, logging systems, storage systems, AI providers, telemetry tools, caching systems, and analytics infrastructure located in multiple jurisdictions.
- Temporarily cached
- Processed in memory
- Indexed for search or schema analysis
- Logged for operational monitoring
- Stored in backups
- Replicated for resilience and uptime purposes
Forecast Alpha may use subprocessors and infrastructure providers to operate the Service.
While reasonable safeguards may be used, no system can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
7. AI-Generated Outputs
The Service may generate KPI suggestions, operational summaries, forecasts, alerts, recommendations, trend analysis, anomaly detections, and dashboard insights.
These Outputs are generated using automated systems and AI-assisted analysis.

- Delayed
- Incorrect
- Misleading
- Inaccurate
- Contextually inappropriate
Forecast Alpha does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness of Outputs for any purpose. You are solely responsible for validating Outputs before relying on them for financial decisions, operational actions, strategic planning, staffing decisions, forecasting, compliance obligations, or legal obligations.
Forecast Alpha does not provide accounting, investment, financial, legal, compliance, tax, or business advisory services.
8. Integrations and Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party systems including but not limited to PostgreSQL, MySQL, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Outlook, CSV imports, Google services, Microsoft services, AI providers, and cloud infrastructure providers.
Forecast Alpha is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with any third-party provider referenced within the Service.
All trademarks, logos, service marks, and brand names belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services are governed by their own Terms, privacy policies, security practices, and availability commitments.
Forecast Alpha is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, integration failures, provider policy changes, authentication issues, data loss caused by third-party systems, or third-party security incidents.
Integrations may become unavailable, deprecated, modified, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time.
9. Acceptable Use
- Reverse engineer the Service
- Probe for vulnerabilities
- Interfere with platform operation
- Bypass access controls
- Scrape unauthorized data
- Abuse notification systems
- Upload malicious content
- Introduce malware
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Overload infrastructure
- Use the Service unlawfully
- Circumvent usage restrictions
- Abuse APIs or integrations
- Impersonate others
- Use stolen credentials
- Conduct denial-of-service activity
You may not use the Service to violate laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or third-party contractual obligations.
10. Beta Features
Certain features may be labeled as Beta, Preview, Experimental, or Early access.
- Beta Features may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, downtime, inaccuracies, or instability.
- Forecast Alpha may modify or discontinue Beta Features at any time without notice.
No guarantees are provided regarding Beta Features.
11. Availability and Service Changes
Forecast Alpha may modify functionality, change features, adjust interfaces, remove capabilities, suspend integrations, perform maintenance, or interrupt service availability.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis.
Forecast Alpha does not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, real-time processing, notification delivery, dashboard availability, API stability, or refresh schedules.
Outages may result from infrastructure failures, third-party dependencies, maintenance, internet disruptions, provider outages, security incidents, or force majeure events.
12. Security
Forecast Alpha may implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect the Service and Customer Data.
- No system is completely secure
- No transmission method is guaranteed secure
- No storage system is immune to compromise
You are responsible for securing credentials, managing integration permissions, using appropriate database roles, restricting unnecessary access, and monitoring connected systems.
You should avoid granting excessive permissions to integrations connected to the Service.
13. Notifications and Communications
The Service may send email alerts, operational summaries, Slack notifications, workspace alerts, system messages, billing notices, and security notices.
You are responsible for configuring notification destinations correctly.
Forecast Alpha does not guarantee successful delivery of notifications.
Notification delays or failures may occur.
14. Subscription and Billing
Certain portions of the Service may require payment in the future.

- Premium features
- Workspace restrictions
Forecast Alpha may modify pricing at any time.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or restriction of access. Taxes, duties, or government charges are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
15. Intellectual Property
Forecast Alpha retains all rights, title, and interest in software, platform architecture, branding, visual interfaces, algorithms, models, documentation, APIs, and Service components.
These Terms do not grant ownership rights to the Service.
You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.
16. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, recommendations, or ideas regarding the Service, Forecast Alpha may use them without restriction or compensation.
17. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose confidential information relating to the Service, infrastructure, security systems, unreleased features, or proprietary operational details obtained through use of the Service.
Forecast Alpha will use reasonable measures to protect Customer Data but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality.
18. Termination
Forecast Alpha may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, security risks, fraudulent activity, abuse, excessive resource usage, illegal conduct, or operational risk.

- Workspaces may become inaccessible
Certain provisions survive termination, including disclaimers, liability limitations, intellectual property provisions, and indemnification obligations.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORECAST ALPHA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND PERFORMANCE.
Forecast Alpha does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forecast Alpha shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of data, operational losses, incorrect AI outputs, notification failures, dashboard inaccuracies, integration failures, security incidents, or third-party outages.
In no event shall Forecast Alpha’s aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forecast Alpha from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, unauthorized data access, violations of law, third-party claims, breach of these Terms, improper integrations, or Customer Data disputes.
22. Export Compliance
You agree not to use the Service in violation of export laws, sanctions programs, or trade restrictions.
You represent that you are not located in a prohibited jurisdiction or subject to applicable sanctions restrictions.
23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under applicable laws determined by Forecast Alpha’s operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
24. Changes to Terms
Forecast Alpha may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
